Zoo

I took my first trip to the zoo this weekend. It was very hot and I was very sticky which I did not enjoy. I slept in my stroller for most of the trip but I did wake up to go into the elephant's house.
I tried to steal some of Ben's water but I can't figure out this sippy cup thing.

Cape Cod

I just got back from my first vacation on Cape Cod. I wasn't so sure about staying in a new place but I had fun playing in the water and sitting in my beach tent.

Veggies

I tried my first vegetables recently. Mommy learned her lesson with Ben so we skipped the squash and went straight for the sweet potatoes. They were yummy.

Run, run, run

I ran in my first road race today, or at least I offered a lot of moral support while my parents ran. It rained a lot and we all got wet but I was very good and didn't complain.

Mommy is aware that she looks crazy in this picture. She was laughing because Daddy was running backwards to take our picture.


After the race, we hung around and watched the parade. I was pretty tired so I took a little snooze while my race t-shirt kept me dry.


Happy 4th!

It's true! I am six months old!

I turned six months on Saturday! I am celebrating this milestone by practicing my sitting up routine. I am getting better and better. I've also recently moved up from rice cereal to mixed grain cereal (so very exciting) and I am hoping to try some vegetables soon. I went for my six month doctor's appointment yesterday and I now weigh 17lbs 7oz, or "half a Ben".
